    Today Sarah York, Nic Jankovic, and I are going to talk about the profit approaches for real estate investing. There are three profit approaches real estate investors can take advantage of to make extra money: Use change, appreciation, and cash flow.

    The use change approach comes from fixing and flipping a property. The cash flow approach comes from holding the property in the short term and enjoying the passive rental income it produces on a month-to-month basis. Finally, the appreciation approach comes from buying a property, fixing it up, and then renting it out while enjoying its appreciation over time.

     

    There are three profit approaches real estate investors can take advantage of to make extra money.

     

    If you put the three profit approaches together, you got a triple play. You will get the gains from the improvement of the value, the passive rental income on a month-to-month basis, and the appreciation each year.
