    M: 780-938-4298

Katrina moved to Edmonton from Quezon City, Philippines in 2007 and she has felt truly at home since. Edmonton's young, vibrant and fun energy inspires her daily to create and give back to the community. Katrina brings with her a wealth of knowledge and skills from the back-end side of the real estate industry where she was previously one of the main support arms for a large RE/MAX brokerage and their over 150 agents. Her background is an asset to her clients as they know that all of the contracts, processes and not always glamorous parts of the real estate transaction will be handled with extreme care.

Katrina believes in learning and growth in all areas with a particular focus on her core skills which she believes to be negotiations, tech savviness and creative social media marketing. All of this paired with her tenacity, positive attitude, and deep understanding of each client’s unique needs is what allows her to deliver the best experience possible to you!

    What makes a good life?
Being surrounded by your loved ones and making a positive impact on those around you.

What do you spend most time thinking about?
I spend a lot of time thinking about work, my aspirations, my family, and what restaurant I want to eat at next. There are so many cool new places popping up around YEG all the time and I want to try them all.

What do you like to do on your free time?
Hang out with with friends and family. We all live such a fast-paced and different lifestyle that it’s sometimes nice to just catch up and unwind together. And of course spend time with my very spoiled dog too!

What do your friends consider “so you”?
A techie and a grandma. I love all things tech and modern, but I’m also very drawn to things of the past. I enjoy having the latest gadgets and also collect old records from the 40s-50s because it’s my favourite music to listen to.

Where’s your favourite spot to hang out in Edmonton?
You’ll probably catch me at a local coffee shop drinking iced coffee somewhere around downtown. My current favourites are Wilfred’s at the Brewery District or Chocorrant down 124 ST but that changes all the time!
